In French it also named Mille Crepe. The word Mille means a thousand, implying the many layers of crepe. The crepe was born as an accident, created by 14 years old waiter Henri Charpentier in 1895 at the Maitre at Monte Carlo’s Café de Paris. He was preparing a dessert for the Prince of Wales. In some countries Crepe also called Pancake.
Basic Egg Pancake
- 30 gr Maizena
- 75 gr Terigu protein tinggi
- 75 gr Terigu protein sedang
- 250 gr Telur utuh
- 250 gr Susu cair
- 75 gr Gula pasir
- 50 gr FILMA® Margarine, cairkan
- 50 gr Palmvita® BOS, cairkan
- 1 sdt Vanila pasta
Campur semua bahan, kemudian saring dan diamkan sebentar. Kemudian dadar hingga matang.
Filling Cheese Cake
- 500 gr Cream cheese
- 75 gr Gula halus
- 75 gr FILMA® Baker’s Cream Fat
- 75 gr Palmvita® BOS
Kocok cream cheese dengan gula halus hingga mengembang, kemudian masukkan FILMA® Baker’s Cream Fat dan Palmvita® BOS, kocok kembali hingga mengembang ringan.
Penyelesaian :
Lapisi pancake dengan cream cheese filling, setelah 4 lapis beri potongan buah fresh (strawberry/kiwi/peach/dragon fruit). Lakukan hingga 20 lapis. Hias atasnya dengan buah fresh mix.
