Ingredients A
- 30 gr condensed milk
- 150 gr egg yolk (7 eggs)
- 80 gr FILMA Cooking Oil JRC
- 3 gr Baking Powder
- 2 gr salt
- 150 gr medium-protein flour
- 100 gr milk
Ingredients B
- 175 gr sugar
- 3 gr Cream of Tartar
- 210 gr egg white (7 eggs)
Ingredients C
- 100 gr Chocolate sprinkles
Cooking Directions
- Mix all ingredients A evenly.
- Whisk ingredients B until it expands and stiff (do not over mix).
- Mix all ingredients B to ingredients A gradually until it mixed evenly, then put in the ingredients C, stir evenly.
- Pour the dough on chiffon cake pan with 24 cm in diameter, 10 cm height.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes on 170 degree Celsius.
